My Purpose

For over 20yrs I have worked in all manner of educational environments. After school and vacation care, in public and private systems, in QLD, NT and WA, in urban, regional and remote schools, and in every single situation I have seen the same thing be the biggest roadblock to kids feeling happy, safe and successful at school; communication breakdown.

Some families don’t know where to go to ask for help. Some families don’t know what help is available. Some families get frustrated with their schools, medical professionals and other service providers.

Some schools can’t access the support each child needs. Some schools don’t have the training and understanding in place to make positive changes. Some schools get frustrated with parents who won’t or can’t make changes for their kids.

All the while, it’s the kids who struggle, who miss out and who fall through the cracks.

I want to be the person in the process to make sure everyone is on the same page, facing the same way and working for the same goals.
